If you have any questions regarding the construction process of your home, you may notify our Construction Superintendent by submitting a BUYER COMMUNICATION REQUEST.
If there are any items related to your home that are in need of repair after you have moved in, you may SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST. A Customer Care Representative of Mountain Vista Homes will receive your request and contact you within one (1) business day.
Your feedback is very important to us. Once you have settled in to your new home, please take a few minutes to fill out our MOVE-IN SURVEY. You can complete the entire survey online. Once you have completed the survey, just save the pdf to your computer and email to email@example.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
